How to apply for a user account

Fill out the application form by following the explanations that appear in the form.

Please remember to use your institute or organisation's details so we can confirm your affiliation. Access will only be given to systems where the project has been allocated.

If you plan to use the NIRD Toolkit, make sure the 'EduPPN' field is filled out.

After the application is submitted, an email notification will be sent to the Project Leader(s). They need to sign the user application to confirm it's ready for processing.

Any applications without a Project Leader's signature will not be processed further. application to confirm that it should be processed.

After the Project Leaders sign the user application, Sigma2 will evaluate and process it. If any changes are needed or more information is required, we will get in touch with you.

If any changes are necessary or additional information is required, we will contact you.

Once Sigma2 has processed your application, you will receive an email and SMS with instructions on how to set a password for your account.

Please note that the password you receive by SMS is temporary and must be changed within 7 days. After setting a password, please wait 15 minutes for the changes to be applied before log in.
